Year of the project
Concept and style: The apartment is located in an old building from the middle of the last century. The architecture of the building, like the apartment itself, echoes the principles of that era. We could not help reflecting this in the interior.
A young couple who wanted to replace their country life with a central location and chose an apartment in an old building in the city center.
The layout of the apartment has remained practically unchanged, with the exception of the relocation of some openings. Ceiling height is more than 3 meters. A long narrow corridor leads from the entrance to the common area, aesthetically and modestly decorated with plaster moldings and art objects.
The kitchen and the bathroom are aligned with their openings relative to the living room axis, which creates the feeling of a symmetrical common area. A freestanding wall with a TV and a showcase on the back is a zoning element and creates a passage to the kitchen and the bathroom. The bathroom consists of a vestibule and a bathroom area, which includes a shower, toilet and bath. The mirror layout follows the shape of the ceramic tiles on the walls. In the vestibule there is a washbasin and a laundry room hidden in the closet.
Before reaching the common area from the corridor, you can get into the bedroom. The bed is hidden in an unusual way – it is integrated into a wardrobe with a high anteresol. The wardrobe itself and the walls are painted in a complex and languid shade of green and diluted with mirrors and objects of art.
Retro techniques are read in everything: from finishing materials to pieces of furniture and decor. Vintage lamps, antique sideboard, dining furniture combined from different collections, velvet window decoration, etc. Parquet in the “French tree” layout gives the interior a certain charm, and stucco on the walls enhances it. furniture, combined from different collections, window decoration with velvet, etc. Parquet in the layout “French spruce gives the interior a certain charm, and stucco on the walls enhances it
Analysis of the location and study of the object. Conducting measurements, development of a dimensional drawing. Study and analysis of installed utilities. Photo fixation. Final connection of the developed design to the engineering networks. Drawing up the technical specification and documentation. Final configuration of finishing materials, furniture, equipment and their places of purchase
Reference Analysis. Сhoosing the style of design. Creating a room design concept. Creation of planning solutions. Sketching, volumetric design. Principle-based selection of furniture and materials. Photorealistic 3D visualization
Control of the work performed in accordance with the design project. Supervision of production of items, performed according to individual projects. Introduction of changes in the drawing documentation, occurred after dismantling of the old and construction of new partitions, leveling of floors, walls and ceilings.
