Concept and style
Concept and style: The apartment is located in an old building from the middle of the last century. The architecture of the building, like the apartment itself, echoes the principles of that era. We could not help reflecting this in the interior.
Client
A young couple who wanted to replace their country life with a central location and chose an apartment in an old building in the city center.
Layout
The layout of the apartment has remained practically unchanged, with the exception of the relocation of some openings. Ceiling height is more than 3 meters. A long narrow corridor leads from the entrance to the common area, aesthetically and modestly decorated with plaster moldings and art objects.
kitchen and bathroom
The kitchen and the bathroom are aligned with their openings relative to the living room axis, which creates the feeling of a symmetrical common area. A freestanding wall with a TV and a showcase on the back is a zoning element and creates a passage to the kitchen and the bathroom. The bathroom consists of a vestibule and a bathroom area, which includes a shower, toilet and bath. The mirror layout follows the shape of the ceramic tiles on the walls. In the vestibule there is a washbasin and a laundry room hidden in the closet.
Bedroom
Before reaching the common area from the corridor, you can get into the bedroom. The bed is hidden in an unusual way – it is integrated into a wardrobe with a high anteresol. The wardrobe itself and the walls are painted in a complex and languid shade of green and diluted with mirrors and objects of art.
Interior elements
Retro techniques are read in everything: from finishing materials to pieces of furniture and decor.
