PASTRY SHOP AND BAKERY BRIOCHE BOROVAYA
Coffee shop and bakery Brioche Borovaya is the third establishment of Brioche: a chain of premium French pâtisseries. It is a multifunctional inviting space with soft lighting and modern decor, where customers can purchase goods from a bakery, as well as sit at a table and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and taste French pastries.
COFFEE SHOP INTERIOR Design challenges
Brioche is a 40 sq.m compact open space, which consists of the following zones: a guest zone, WC and a staff room. The four-meter ceiling features a large art installation, colour palette of which is inspired by shades of cakes and pastries and differs from similar café interiors.
Design results
The coffee shop interior boasts a variety of details, textures and colors. An important stylistic element is terrazzo, which is featured on the floor, walls and on the sales counter. Bright pieces of furniture are harmonious with the ceiling installation and the marmalade floor and walls as per requirements of the restaurant owners.
French corner
Brioche Borovaya is not just a coffee shop and bakery: it’s a French corner of Minsk, the rendezvous of neighbors, acquaintances and good friends. The “good morning” starts under the colored clouds of the ceiling with the smiling staff, a croissant and a cup of invigorating coffee. In a bustling city, you are always willing to find a place where people recognize you, are glad to see you and wait for you, where the interior improves the mood for the whole day. And when this place has a nice and welcoming coffee shop interior and offers fresh bread, delicious dishes and exceptional wines the enthusiasts of their business put their heart into, it becomes almost your home.
