Year of the project
The main wish of the client was to create an interior for the soul that would reflect her profession, rhythm and lifestyle as one large photo zone. The client wanted the interior to be feminine, stylish, laconic and airy
The client is a successful TV host, stylist, actress, fashion designer and just a beautiful woman
The area of the apartment is 95 square meters. In fact, the apartment is one common space, not divided into rooms, but into functional zones. Owner plans to live in the apartment only by herself, so there is not a single door, only decorative glass partitions, which are more of an interior decoration than an element of zoning.
The main wish of the client is the absence of parquet and wooden products. The entire floor is finished in glossy large-format porcelain stoneware with a maximum size of 3200×1600 mm. The entry zone includes an entrance hall combined with a spacious dressing room. The abundance of tinted glass, mirrors and lights visually makes the dressing room endless
The next area is a combined living room with a kitchen and a balcony. The kitchen is a kind of transformer: it can be completely hidden behind blind facades, and when the facades are slid – give access to all household appliances and the working area. An important functional element is the kitchen island, designed both as an additional working surface and as a dining area
The TV area is minimalistic, the focus is made on trendy speakers, located on a milled embossed wall. The sofa of a playful shape is the central element that unites both areas
Right from the entrance, an L-shaped decorative wall takes us to the private zone. The central place is occupied by a freestanding bed, at the headboard of which is located a transparent wardrobe and a toilet area, designed by the window opening.
A striking accent element is the bathtub itself by the Italian brand Antonio Lupi. It is made of transparent tinted plastic with a deep green tint. It is echoed by the overhead washbasin from the same collection.
