STONE APARTMENT
The apartment is a space of 180 m2.
General style: modern cozy minimalism with lots of natural stone on the walls. The furnishing of the apartment includes pieces of furniture, lighting and decor items from leading brands in Europe and America.

HALLWAY
From the entrance you can see a part of the living room and the kitchen island, which separates the kitchen and the living room, which is a kind of functional buffer between these areas.
There is a large number of mirrors in the hallway: a round hinged one with illumination, tinted on the facades of the cabinet, as well as a mirror composition with elements of natural stone, with which most of the walls in the kitchen and living room are faced.

KITCHEN
The kitchen facades are made in matt black. The increased depth of the worktop made it possible to integrate a pull-out hood from the worktop into the body, as well as an increased hob. Wall cabinets dissolve with tinted glass with a mirror effect. The table top is made of natural Marble Frappuchino stone, which is used for the entire wall.

The U-shaped table top of the kitchen island is also made of the same material. It hides a built-in wine cabinet and a small storage area, and is a bar counter where you can sit opposite each other. The kitchen island is adjacent to a freestanding column. To visually hide it and functionally beat it, it was decided to sew it into mirrors on three sides, and to create open shelves for glasses and decor from the kitchen side.
LIVING ROOM
A large living area is occupied by a 5-meter sofa by the Italian brand Minotti. Thanks to the light upholstery, the sofa does not clutter up the space.

This area is made more comfortable by two round carpets of different diameters, the shape of which echoes the round bay window. On them is a coffee table of the same Minotti brand. A composition of futuristic Helix Hanging lamps by the American brand Bec Brittain hangs next to the sofa.

On the wall behind the sofa is a large canvas depicting a portrait of the client herself. Opposite the sofa is a minimalist TV area, as is the kitchen, which is fully tiled with Marble Frappuchino.

This area is accentuated by the original Bang & Olufsen Beo Lab 18 speakers. The stone-clad wall develops in steps in space, integrating two minimalistic black shelving units that are a reference to the kitchen. By the window there is a dining area with a round cozy table with a wooden table top, a TV set and a floor display case for dishes are planned in front of the table.

MASTER BEDROOM
The private area, which includes a owner’s bedroom, a private bathroom and a nursery, is closed from the hallway with a separate door. The passage to the bedroom is through the dressing room, namely, two long shelves on either side of the narrow corridor.

There is another nook in the bedroom — there is an additional wardrobe system in it. In the center of the room there is a freestanding bed with light round bedside tables on the sides from the Italian brand Pianca. A freestanding chest of drawers was chosen from the same factory. In the corner behind the dresser, an unusual lamp stretched from floor to ceiling. There is a dressing table with a mirror and an attached pouf against the wall with curtains.

MASTER BATHROOM
The owner’s bathroom: in its way, the room echoes the common area, as it was also decided in a dark stone. The washbasin area is a bright white accent against a dark background, dominated by an illuminated flying mirror. In the bath area, there is a smart glass window that turns matte the moment the bath is used.

GUEST ROOM

GUEST BATHROOM
This is the smallest of the apartment premises, so it was decided to make it as light as possible on the walls. Glossy large-format porcelain stoneware from floor to ceiling is diluted with vertical recessed profiles with lighting and a mirror on which there is a minimalistic washstand and a wall shelf. The shower area is fenced with transparent glass from the washstand.
