LAYOUT
The area of the apartment is 95 square meters. In fact, the apartment is one common space, not divided into rooms, but into functional zones. Owner plans to live in the apartment only by herself, so there is not a single door, only decorative glass partitions, which are more of an interior decoration than an element of zoning.
INTERIOR ELEMENTS
The main wish of the client is the absence of parquet and wooden products. The entire floor is finished in glossy large-format porcelain stoneware with a maximum size of 3200×1600 mm. The entry zone includes an entrance hall combined with a spacious dressing room. The abundance of tinted glass, mirrors and lights visually makes the dressing room endless
KITCHEN AREA
A refined statement of clarity, rhythm, and luxurious restraint.
The kitchen island—sculpted from bold veined marble—acts as a functional art piece. It appears as two independent monoliths, handcrafted by Henge, and illuminated by the brand’s iconic pendant lights above. The cabinetry, made of smoked glass and technical wood, is by Valcucine, blending high performance with poetic transparency.
LIVING ROOM AREA
The adjacent lounge features a custom Minotti sofa—an embodiment of sculptural elegance and comfort. A low coffee table and media console, both by Henge, echo the kitchen’s materiality, creating seamless continuity. Vertical fluting and integrated lighting bring rhythm to the TV wall, while the brass-framed open shelving adds architectural lightness.
Floor-to-ceiling windows frame a panoramic view over Downtown Dubai, flooding the space with natural light and underscoring the project’s most powerful feature—its connection to the city skyline.
