MAIN ZONE
Stylish, laconic, and functional interior was the main idea of this project. The two floors of the house are designed in a modern style.Color scheme: Contrasting black and white combinations of shades and materials are repeatedly present in the house, as well as wood on the floor and some walls in the form of veneer panels.The house covers an area of more than 280 m2 and includes two floors.
On the first floor there is a common area that combines the kitchen, living room, and an entrance hall with a vestibule. Passing from the vestibule inside the house, we get into the hallway with a staircase. under which there is an oasis of plants.
The common area is greeted by a large sofa, behind which there is a dining area for 10 people. The living room and dining room are separated from the kitchen by a fireplace, which is positioned near a column and also acts as a seating area for passing people. The kitchen is modern and minimalistic, but very functional from the leading Italian manufacturer Valcucine. Its main feature is a lifting mechanism, which, when opened, exposes the light.The veneered panels hide part of the technical rooms and a guest bathroom.
GUEST BATHROOM
On the second floor there is a master block, children’s bedrooms and two cabinets with a terrace.Master bedroom is combined with a dressing room and a private bathroom. Two cabinets, male and female, are also designed in a modern style, but in different colors.
