CONCEPT AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
The studio apartment with an area of 77 m2 in Berlin was purchased for periodic family visits to Germany. The business for two countries of the family head required a cozy space in each of the cities where the whole family would feel at home.
LAYOUT
The layout was free, created exactly according to the wishes of every family member. As a result of planning searches, the following architectural situation emerged: an entrance area combined with a living room and a kitchen, a guest bathroom, a bathroom, a owner’s and children’s bedrooms, combined with a balcony. As for the children’s room, the wishes were as simple as possible — the room should be simple and … vandal-resistant, as the child is very active.
The decisions on the living room and kitchen were given to the owner of the apartment, that is probably why white prevails in the interior. Due to the abundance of white, this area looks very fresh and spacious.
