CONTEMPORARY PENTHOUSE
The space is a two-story apartment with a part of the exploited roof, from where opens a picturesque view of the city park.
The client is a young man leading an active lifestyle, often traveling, who wished to have an apartment where he could relax and abstract himself from the urban bustle. Therefore, during the discussion, it was decided to create a minimalist interior in monochrome tones.

1ST FLOOR
On the entire floor of the 1st floor, a single covering is planned — large-format porcelain stoneware with a stone pattern. All walls and ceiling are painted white.
Directly from the hallway entrance you can see the kitchen area and the spacious living room, which is fully visible thanks to glass partitions and a dressing room that does not limit the space.Behind the freestanding sofa there is a wine room with a collection of alcohol and cigars. The client wished to make this area visible and not hide it from guests’ eyes, on the contrary — emphasize it with transparent partitions and illuminated shelves.

A notable element is a freestanding bio fireplace, around which you can sit down and have a glass of wine. It is designed in white, which makes it airy and does not obstruct the passage from the kitchen to the living room.
One wall of the living room is covered with a playful geometric shelving unit with inclined shelves. The wall with TV is completely made of glass, thus allowing you to view the spiral white staircase from everywhere.
The office is hidden behind the living and wine rooms. It has minimum furniture: a sofa, a desk and a chair, a lounge chair and a hinged art object that acts as a bookshelf.
In the center of the common area of the 1st floor there is a spiral staircase with an opaque fence leading to the 2nd floor.
2ND FLOOR
On the second floor there is a hall with a dressing area, a guest bedroom with a private terrace, a guest room and a shared bathroom.
The owner’s bedroom is the center of minimalism. In the center of the room there is a bed, at the head of which there is a free-standing wardrobe. It is made of backlit tinted glass.
One of the walls is made of glass, covering the view of the bedroom from the staircase with dense white textiles. On the opposite wall with windows there is also textiles blocking the view of the city.
